Service Description
For weddings, lavish celebrations & stress-free planning Priced at 10% of your total event budget (minimum fee applies) Relax and sip your champagne — we’ll handle everything else. This is our white-glove, start-to-finish planning package for clients who want every detail expertly managed, from venue search to flawless event execution. Includes: * Personalized event concept & design * Budget management & vendor booking * Venue sourcing assistance * Full vendor coordination (catering, entertainment, photography, etc.) * Luxury decor design & execution * Timeline creation & management * On-site event coordination * Post-event wrap-up Our full planning fee is calculated at 10% of your total event budget, with a minimum starting fee of $2,500. Most clients invest between $20,000 and $50,000 on their celebration to achieve a truly luxe experience.
Cancellation Policy
We’re so excited to help bring your event vision to life! To ensure a smooth planning process for both of us, please review the booking policy below: Retainer & Payment * A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. * Blush & Bloom Package (Decor Only): 50% retainer at booking. * Pink Champagne Experience (Full Planning): 30% retainer at booking. * Diamond Day Package (Day-Of Coordination): 50% retainer at booking. * The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date. * Payments can be made via [list payment methods: Zelle, Cash App, credit card, etc.]. Cancellations & Refunds * Retainers are non-refundable as they secure your date and cover initial planning time. * If you need to cancel, written notice is required. * Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to full payment, as services and rentals may have already been booked on your behalf. Date Changes * Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance. * A date change fee may apply. Decor Selection & Changes * Final decor selections must be confirmed at least 21 days before your event. * Changes requested after this date may not be guaranteed and could incur additional fees. Travel Fees * Events outside of the South Florida area may incur travel fees, which will be quoted at the time of booking. Minimum Budget (for Full Planning Clients) * For The Pink Champagne Experience, a minimum total event budget of $20,000 is recommended to fully benefit from our luxe planning services. By booking with The Party Date, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
